Experience overall was great, however I am still in the process of getting the refund right now. The suitcase arrived promptly, but it a shotty box. I'm even a little surprised it was IN the box when it arrived as it was open and unsealed. However there wasn't any damage and it looked unused and clean. When I opened it the first thing I noticed is that the case is very soft, meaning the sides don't stand up on their own. That is okay, however I really wanted some with a little reinforcement on the sides as those seems to last longer. The bag is exactly as pictured and has the drop bottom. There was nothing wrong with it, I just don't need a suitcase quite so large as I travel for business. I think this is a good buy for someone who needs to pack a lot of stuff when they travel. 4 stars can turn into 5 as long as the return process goes well.
I just took this on my first trip. The size is right for carry-on regulations and is very roomy. I love the drop bottom where I could separate my shoes from the rest. The sides are a little stiff right now because sometimes I have to squeeze it down to fit in the overhead bins, but I love the color and the quality of fabric is durable. This will also be a great travel bag when I have to streamline my professional makeup kit.
I ordered this but sent it back bcos the top opening was very narrow and the bottom was very roomy, better as a overnight or weekend bag, not good as a school bag.
THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY NEPHEW; WHO HAS A HEALTH FITNESS BUSINESS. HE DOESN'T HAVE TO CARRY TWO BAGS THIS ONE CARRYING EVERYTHING HE NEEDS WHEN HE VISIT HIS CLIENTS.
