Like it, but...
I love the look and the quality of this saute pan. It cooks very well--nonstick, browns nicely, just the right amount of heft for me. Stay cool handles on pan and lid. However, it has little spouts on each side to drain off liquid. I don't need this feature, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker, right? I have another Anolon saucepan with spouts, but the lid is designed so you can close the spouts off and get a tight fit to minimize evaporation. Not so with the saute pan--the lid has no special feature and so there is no tight fit. For me, this is a problem.
I also don't like that the handles are riveted to the pan. It means that there is a nonstick surface for easy cleaning, but the rivets don't clean up as well. I'll have to use steel wool to get the crud off, but I am afraid that if I am not 100% careful 100% of the time with the steel wool, I'll damage the nonstick finish.
I really just wanted the regular 10" saute pan that comes in the full set, but I didn't need everything in the set and they don't sell that 10" saute pan in open stock.
