Well priced and good quality. I've since ordered another one from Frintgate and it's sucks!!! I needed one that said "welcome" my mom insisted, even though this one was still in great condition. It wears very well, the print looks great and the color of the mat is good.

This is not a good item to have outside of your door because it sheds like crazy. The shedding tracks into my home when visitors come by.

I've only had this out for about a month but I've received several compliments and the quality seems good. The price was reasonable and it's heavy and a good size.
