Comes in several pieces, is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to assemble. Not only that, but I ordered the Grey and all the different parts had different shades of grey. One of my arms on the chair looks like a sea foam (green tinge) to it. AWFUL ITEM!!!

I purchased this chair as a Christmas present for our son and daughter in-law, for their nursery. The chair arrived missing all the bolts, screws and instructions to put it together. I contacted Great Offer Stock and was told that someone would get back to me regarding missing parts. Never heard from anyone, ended up going to Lowes and purchasing hardware and figured out how to put it together from the picture. Luckily they loved the finished product, and so did we. To this date we have still not received the hardware. Disappointing.

I looked high and low for a chair this color and style with an ottoman. I have to say this is a lot less expensive than anything comparable that I saw. It took my husband and his dad about 30 minutes to put it together, and it is very comfortable.

Assembly was not easy, otherwise, am perfectly satisfied........

So it goes perfect with my nursery, and its a really good chair for the price, much better than the stuff you find at ****** * **. Its just not that comfortable. Ive been told you dont want a super cushy chair anyways because then its really hard to get up with the baby but i just wish it wasnt so hard and i wished it reclined.

We are very happy with the Baby Relax glider and ottoman. The assembly was easy and the quality of the product is great considering the price. The chair shipped very quickly and was delivered in excellent condition.
