Lovely... but Loverly to look at but seem a little light weight. My old set of sterling 18/10 are stamped snd seem much more substantial. These are not stamped. Makes me wonder. I'll keep because the are very pretty, but I was a little disappointed.

Goegous set! I saw this set online and thought it was very pretty. I had researched dozens of web sites for flatware such as the Antique Baroque. For the price, I was afraid the quality wouldn't be what I was looking for. But I decided to take a chance and ordered it. Delivery was very prompt. When I opened the box and saw the set I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Very close to the sterling silver sets I had been looking at. It has a very good weight and the shine is unbelievable! You can tell a good set when the spoons don't bend when you are scooping out ice cream. It's true! I've had this set for 2 yrs and use it everyday. It goes through the dishwasher and comes out sparkling clean. It still looks like new I highly recommend it!

Alabama girl First off, I loooove the grand baroque sterling pattern. Of course, it WAY too expensive and impractical, so I was considering the michaelangelo pattern.--50$ per place setting. Saw these, VERY similar, made by wallace, who makes grand baroque sterling! **$ a place setting. I expected them to feel light and inexpensive. WRONG! Beautiful detail, weight, and shine. I have been collecting grand baroque salad forks , just so i could use for luncheons, etc, but im done! These are very close in appearance. I ordered 2 sets. So far no spots from dishwasher. Go for it!!

Nice but rusted I got the set for Thanksgiving, it is nice weight and looks pretty. After a few weeks of use in the dishwasher the knife blades started to rust. I moved the dishwasher holder thinking it was because it was up against the stainless steel door. But still rusted. Now we place the handles down and blades up, that helps. I did find one spoon with rust on the back of the design. We have a water softener and I only use good dishwasher soap, not the store brand. I have never had this problem in my 30 years of using a dishwasher.
