So far so good I'v had them for over a year putting them together takes a little patience.

This is beautiful. It was a bit difficult to put together, but I would purchase it again.

Seems to be very sturdy. Will hold pics and other heavier items with no problem. Some of the areas where the screws attach the shelves the wood finish came off. But it's not noticible.

This shelf was ok, but not super sturdy. It can rock a bit when put together and is not real wood.

This bookcase actually is a shelving unit in my bathroom and it looks great. My vanity is almost the same color and they look great. I was going to get an enclosed shelving unit and I am so happy with this Ladder Shelf because it helps the space look bigger and more open. I may buy another one for my bedroom.

Very easy to put together. It comes with a tether for the top to attach it to the wall, which I installed as I live in California, where we have earthquakes. I wouldn't load the bookcase up with a lot of heavy items.

Terrific shelf, easy to put together and looks great! Very pleased.

Love these shelves, look great on either side of our TV stand. Wood is quite dark, darker than appeared in photo. But assemble easily, hold all our books, and are sturdy.

It stands out in any room and adds a lot to the space, although its not very sturdy.

Maybe I got a one-off bad one, because mine isn't what you'd call 'sturdy.' The weight isn't enough to keep it from rocking a little when putting items on it. Jus doesn't have a solid feel. And if, during assembly, you barely miss on putting a screw in, it can easily take a big chip out of the finish, which doesn't seem adhered well. The bookcase suits what I got it for: putting lightweight items on it. Don't think I can give it a recommendation for the price, though.

Beautiful shelf, sturdy construction and very easy to put together. We were surprised how the supplies and tools were packages and numbered so it was easy to construct. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they put a large sticker on one bottom rail which took forever to remove in tiny pieces. It was a warning sticker which could have been an insert instead of a sticker on this beautiful piece. Overall execellent quality and beautiful construction for the price.
