Very nice desk. It was as advertised and sturdy

This is a great desk, solid, and went together with ease. I headed the advice of others and put it together on the carpet. I still managed to scratch it, when placing my computer on it. Other than it scratching easy a bit to easily, well worth the money.

Very nice desk. Assembly takes a while but isn't hard. Once we got to the last piece we noticed the hanging keyboard was split on the end. Kind of a big bummer and disappointing.

Lovely desk. Large table with room for paper trays, table lamp and lots of papers. Computer pull-out tray works great. Love the shelves. Look great as an accompaniment to the desk, side tables, All this furniture in dark wood is not overwhelming in a relatively large room.

love this desk for my teenage daughter's room. Took a bit of time to put together (2 person job - an hour total) but all pieces were there, everything lined up and is sturdy and looks great.

I was looking for a bigger desk than what I currently had and this fit the bill. But it is so much nicer than I expected. The picture does not give it justice. The saddle brown color is beautiful. I also bought a desk pad to make sure I don't scratch it. I might be going back to the book shelves that match it and I was not in the market for it.

I'm happy with these desks for the price they deliver a great look. I've noticed that the tops are not very scratch resistant though and they are already getting scratched up. Might want to consider a glass top to preserve the condition of the top work surface.

I enjoy my desk. The color is great and it's durable. The only con is it scratches very easily. So find an appealing desk accent cover and you should be fine. I also found a chair that matched perfectly from Pier One Imports.

I would give this desk 5 stars because it's so beautiful and sturdy but it does scratch easily since it's real wood. My husband was assembling and had it lying on our laminate floors which we should have known better to put a blanket down first. When it was all assembled we turned it back over and there were a couple big scratches on the top. Thankfully they were easy to fill in with one of those wood pens but definitely would have been prevented assembling on a blanket.

After done assemble, we found many scratches. We found nothing sharp on the floor. The surface stain can be scratched off easily even with gentle finger nail touch.

This desk replaced one that our son had used for years. This one is stylish and functions great!

The desk is very nice, but be careful with what you lay on top of it. It gets easily scratched.

Took my husband hours to put together as he cursed at the type of screws used. He is a very accomplished woodworker so this is not a rookie. project. Once together it looks good

I purchased this for my husband's office. I must say for the price, it is exceptionally solid construction, modern and beautiful table. Color was spot on and it's even more beautiful in person. My husband loves it!
