Love it! I use this little machine nearly everyday. I have been able to remove stains that have not come out with any other cleaner, no matter how much I scrubbed. Sometimes I need to spray a little cleaner to the stains, let it sit for a bit, and then apply the steam. That works 99% of the time. I have only two recommendations for future improvements: (1) A water level indicator would help prevent both overfilling and running on empty. Starting with an empty tank and filling per instructions, it should run approximately 50 minutes. However, I typically only use it for 30 minutes. Without anyway of knowing how much water I used, I need to dump out what is left and start over the next day. Even doing that, I still inadvertantly overfill upon occasion. (2) Design the scraper tool to accommodate a typical household cleaning rag, so it isn't necessary to buy their special made replacement covers. I have improvised by using a rubber band to hold a microfiber cloth onto the tool. It works, but having clips on the tool would be handier. With those two improvements, I would give it 5 stars.

My Little Giant I have used this on my backs plash tiles in the kitchen. They never looked so good. I have used it as a killing bug machine. The steam does not take that long to get ready. It is easy to move around. Remember it is a machine and not magic. However, for the price and the power I could not be more thrilled. Oh, complaints on the parts.. maybe those people used more hand power. Be a bit more gentle. My attachments are still happy and working.

Good but not top quality Exactly what I need - my son got a cat recently, but the rest of the family is allergic to it. Developer more is great to steam the carpets to kill pet dander without chemicals or making the carpet soaking wet. But the handle and some accessories are made of cheap plastics. The handle bar especially is very wimpy. I've only had this product for a short while. We'll see how long this lasts.

All of my EuroPro attachments fit I had owned 2 EuroPro tanks similar to this, but burned them out. I have grout/tile floors so this does an excellent job of cleaning the grout. I am hoping that this outlasts my other two made by EuroPro. It has an excellent warranty. EuroPro was terrible. I was really happy to find my attachments from it fit this machine.
