One Sexy Faucet!!
I LOVE THIS FAUCET!! Even better than my last restaurant style faucet. I got this one because it has the 'Pause' feature. I open the main valve to the pressure and temperature I like to use and can just grab the spray feature when I need and hose down dishes. I never have to adjust the main temp unless I really want freezing cold or boiling hot water. The sprayer has a lot of pressure if you need it. I keep the main valve on about half pressure. The pot filler also has it's own on/off so again you never have to adjust the main on/off and temp control if you don't need to. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS Vigo Faucet and got 2 of the matching all stainless steel soap dispensers. If I could post a picture of my new set up you'd be jealous.

Remodelled our dated kitchen several years ago. Purchased this faucet sight unseen and couldn't be happier with the feel of it. Very solid construction. Was easy for my plumber to install. I get many compliments on the faucet. I am on my second spray head, as I have had issue with the sprayer alternating between the two water stream settings. Customer service has been wonderful about replacing the spray head when it fails. It screws off easily, so replacement is no big deal. Certainly easier than replacing the whole faucet. Its nice to have a customer service experience that is helpful for a change.

We just installed this faucet in our remodeled kitchen. My fiancé installed it fairly quickly in 20min. The instructions were clear And easy to follow. Once installed, we turned everything on and left it for 5min to check for any leaks. Proud to say this faucet is very well made, heavy, durable, and very easy to use. I enjoy the double shut off valve. The water pressure is nice from both the faucet and pull out spray even when both are running simultaneously. The 360 feature on both the faucet and sprayer is a nice bonus so that I can water my plants on my bay window easily without making a mess. The height of the faucet is nice so that is is tall enough to make it easy to wash all my big pots without it being I. The way but does not obstruct my view out of the window. I have a D-shaped sink and my faucet is positioned to the corner right. Over all this faucet has all the qualities that we're looking for. Commercial quality for a residential purpose. Fairly priced and would highly recommend.

Outstanding, beautiful, industrial-grade faucet
We could not be happier with our purchase. This is a very high quality piece of equipment. My biggest fear in getting such a tall, single-hole faucet was that it would feel flimsy, and that could not be farther from the truth. You can see several of the pieces are made from large, solid blocks of stainless steel, and the whole thing feels incredibly robust. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are.

Looks great. Leaks almost immediately. Very frustrating. The spray handle gets lose and leaks out the top of it. It needs to be tightened throughout the day starting a week or two after installation. I contacted Great Offer Stock. It's been over 30 days. I reached out to the company. I'm sending a video of the problem and my receipt.

This faucet has been remodeled, it still has the pot filler, the arm is just straight opposed to curved. Also, the new model does not run simultaneously. Pot filler streams, handle sprays.

I love this faucet but you cannot use both spouts at the same time. There is a little metal loop that holds the spray handle open if desired but it shuts the pot filler off. I know the one I ordered could not be ordered in CA because it's too high flow. The product details say this one cannot be shipped to California. I wonder if they have a lower flow version available here.

Thank you for your inquiry, there isn’t a valve on the side spout (pot filler), the only valve there is is the handle which controls the potfiller and the lever on the faucet controls the spay.
