I use this faucet for my laundry room and absolutely loved !

Very beautiful addition to our kitchen. Easy to use. The only negative is they sent wrong size washer and we had to get our own that fit.

My wife and i love this faucet! Initially because of the size of the faucet my wife thought it was overkill. But the day after I installed it we had her family over for Christmas and she was the envy of all her cousins and sister in law, she was sold! One of the best faucets I've installed in 16 years of plumbing, solid all metal construction and a ceramic disc inside (as opposed to rubber gaskets and plastic internals). I installed myself obviously but installation was so easy i would think just about anybody could it. I highly recommend! Just make sure you don't have a flimsy builder grade sink as this faucet is fairly heavy and might cause cheaper sinks to bend or flex.

I bought this 11/2015 and just replaced it after struggling with constant leakage. I initially was thrilled, beautiful faucet and loved the function. There are several design flaws but basically it starts leaking from the spray head connection and after repeatedly fixing that all other connections begin degrading and falling apart. Wish I had kept my *** bucks. What a shame. I just bought a touchless for half the price and I love it. If it dies in a year at least I spent less this time around. Thankfully I am married to a handy man and he was able to keep this faucet alive for at least a year. Buyer be warned, it's gorgeous but useless.

Great Quality, even better value

I've had this faucet for almost a year, and haven't had any issues. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and I'm always getting compliments on how cool it looks and how fun it is to use!

This is a beautiful faucet. We installed it with a builder-grade stainless steel sink, which needs to be replaced now. The sink is too flimsy to hold the faucet because it is a bit heavy, but the faucet itself is great.

This item is poorly made. It leaked in the middle of neck, then the company sent replacement and the replacement has leaks as well but different places. Not well made at all and the price is a joke.

Wonderful sturdy product! I get compliments every time someone new sees it. I had it in our old house and when we moved to our new house it was the first item I bought! All of the insides are metal and not cheap plastic. Even my very picky and highly critical plumber husband adores the faucet me has nothing but good things to say about it!

Purchase in april. installed this into my new kitchen in late june. Mid August the spray hose came disconnected from the faucet and sprayed water all over the ceiling causing the the whole thing to come apart. The hose is crimped directly into the faucet in the main base. If you remove the sprayer from the holder to use, the water pressure force the sprayer to disconnect itself and faucet can not be used anymore. 1st call to Great Offer Stock 2nd shift - would not do anything and only give me a number to the supplier. next morning - 2nd call to Great Offer Stock they still would not return it or exchange due to being over 30 days but she immediately contacted the supplier while i was on hold and assisted me with getting a replacement part out asap. i hope it works and doesn't fail again.

This item is still in the box and waiting for its home for when the new kitchen is installed. However, this thing is everything I wanted and expected based on looks alone. It is also heavy weight, wonderfully crafted and packaged as not to get a ding, bump or scrape on it. I can only imagine that it will look even more exceptional once installed. Update to follow!

It broke after one year of use, very disappointed

This faucet is built like a tank and is definitely the best faucet I've ever owned. I'm renovating an old house and will have another one in that kitchen.

Faucet is impressive, the weight and finish are that of much more expensive faucets. Love the style and everyone who sees it loves it as well.

This is an industrial grade faucet. Looks so great with my new butcher block counter top and 32" Stainless steel sink. The quality for the price was insane in a very good way!

I ran a commercial restaurant supply for 15 years and sold and serviced all the big equipment in the restaurants around town. I sold lots of plumbing stuff and I believe I am very capable of knowing when I have a good plumbing product in my hands. I have not installed it yet but I did take it apart and put it back together and I can say with all confidence that this is a top notch product and worth many times what it is selling for.
