This sectional is awesome. I was truly surprised at the quality. For the price, I was expecting it to be decent. But, this exceeded expectations. The delivery team was great from scheduling to delivering the merchandise. It's firm, yet comfy! The size is perfect for the area that we placed it in. The ottoman is also great with the quiet closure. It was also easy to put together. We set it up in about 10 minutes. I was worried because another review mentioned damages upon receipt. Our boxes looked untouched and fully sealed. So, I was hopeful that it would be fine and it was. Get this sectional! You won't regret it!!!

This is a nice looking couch, the back rest is shorter than I imagined....may be awkward for a tall person to sit on. Also the chaise was damaged when I opened the box, there was a puncture on the bottom panel. I have contacted Great Offer Stock about this and am waiting for them to get back to me. Also the delivery company that they used was 2 hours late so I spent 6 hours waiting on them to come. Overall it's a nice couch for the price minus the headaches with delivery and damage upon receipt.
