Atmosphere and warmth! Love this small fire pit. We put it on the coffee table outside when it gets a bit chilly. We love watching the flame and it actually puts off a fair amount of warmth. The cylinders last a fair amount of time when running at low to medium. This is a heavy item so it's definitely not something that is going to blow over. We thought it was an awesome deal for the price.

Nice clean look I haven't used this with the fire yet, but it all seems very well made. Portable, but has good weight, feels solid. I love the clean modern lines.

Melinda Well the first one I received the dial was backwards.Off was on and caused quite a dangerous situation which I will not detail. Then when I tried to twist it the opposite way to turn it off it only turned it down a little bit so I had to sit and watch it burn for the next 4 hours which I was not ready to do since I was just setting it up for an upcoming party. But greatofferstock.com did send me another one which I do appreciate. I just haven't set it up yet because it does take a bit of time. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because I am hopeful that this will work.

Great "accent" fire source - Looks great! Don't expect much heat and you'll love this. Note dimensions... It is more like a table top unit than a freestanding heat source. I built mine into the middle of my picnic table, with about 3 inches sticking up above the surface of the table. Very cool effect, but not much heat - I use a 1 foot square piece of stone tile for the cover, as otherwise it collects rain and does not drain, then when it dries the crushed black glass looks dirty and dusty. If you have realistic expectations about the size of this and that it is more like a "Big Gas Candle" than a fire pit, you will likely enjoy it... I paid about $$ so pretty good. Would have returned it if I had paid anymore

Great little fire xolumn Looks great and actually does produce some heat once the glass rocks heat up. Propane tank is a bit difficult to screw in place, but once you get it lined up correctly, it works great.

Make sure you understand the size! When I ordered this, I thought I was getting the one that was roughly three foot tall. Totally my fault, but just make sure you know what you are getting when you order. So, instead of returning it, I ended up ordering three more so I would have four. That ended up working out really well. I put all four in a square shape to make a "fire pit" type of look, but then I also have the flexibility to move them and put them in between my chairs or on the corners of my deck. So, I ended up liking things in the end. As far as the individual product, it is very solid and doesn't look cheap at all. I would buy again...
