NEVER buy oversized items. Service is a joke. I ordered this item on May 7 and was immediately issued a reference number bascially warning me that shipment would take 1 to 10 business days and delivery would take 1 to 4 weeks. Seriously? That should be clearly listed before I buy the item, not after the fact. After 11 or 12 business days, I spent the next 2 weeks inquiring on the whereabouts of the order which had not shipped. Great Offer Stock could neither find it nor tell me when it would ship. When I tried to cancel it, they said that might not be possible and have now conveniently marked the item "shipped" with no tracking information whatsoever. Really? Today is June 7. It has been 1 month (22 business days) with multiple inquiries with no adequate response and 1 request to cancel that was refused. This is "Award Winning" customer service? Their automated email response says they will respond inside 24 hours. In reality, they responded only once to all my inquiries and it took 5 business days. The response was to basically send the inquiry to the "warehouse" which is what they said they were doing every time I asked them where it was. I had to chase them down to ask about the item and they had no interest in actually figuring it out. Lest you think I'm exaggerating, here are the inquiry numbers that I still have: [Reference# 160508-005137],[Incident: 160526-002387],[Incident: 160527-007267], [Incident: 160531-014376]. Sadly, I cannot comment on the quality of the item since I still don't have it. The manufacturer is obviously atrocious at shipping and delivering on what they are selling. At this point, I still don't have the item, don't know where it is, don't know if it will ever get here, and don't want it. I also don't want to do business with Great Offer Stock ever again.
