Colors as pictured, rich. Not thick or plush put with a rug pad it's fine. For the price I paid, I'm pleased. No smell.

It's not "rust" colored it's ORANGE! IMO it's a very weird, unnatural, and ugly color. Think bright pumpkin orange. I was excited to get this and very disappointed as soon as I unwrapped it. I DO NOT recommend. At the price it not worth the trouble to return. Will probably give or throw away soon. : (

Colors true to picture. just perfect for underneath the kitchen table.
