I ordered this chair in dark blue. I was shipped an ugly gold one. I called to get the right chair and after being shuffled around was essentially told you get what you get. No refunds, and if you return you must return in original box. The box this chair was shipped in was virtually destroyed in the shipping. No way I could use the same box. Stuck with the chair. I gave it away and bought another one from a local, reputable dealer which I should have done in the first place. If you shop with Overstocks you own whatever they send you. Don't do it.

I bought 2 of these chairs on a flash deal and got them on super sale. They are beautiful!!! They make my seating area look so chic and classy. The back is a little hard, but with the accent pillow I added it's perfect.

I am really disappointed with this chair color. I ordered Burgundy. It arrived the box read burgundy but the chair are pinkish orange. My family named all colors but burgundy. I called they shipped another set same thing. I am never ordering furniture online from overst

One of the leg is too long. I called Great Offer Stock and they mailed the replacement package to me right away. Perfect fit in my daughter's bedroom.

I bought 2 of these chairs as they were a great price. I had called to verify the colors in the pictures and what was available since they are bit labeled on the listing. I was told the picture of the black chair was the charcoal so that's what I ordered. Only they are more of a dark bluish gray. Not at all what I was told the color was our what I was looking for, but shipping them back is too much of a hassle. Also, the back of the chairs are very hard.

When I received the chair, I discovered it was easy to assemble... It does have a nice look to it...but then I noticed it was missing one of the decorative nailheads :(... It wasn't comfy and the cushion isn't sewn right so it doesn't fit properly on the seat :(... I kept it anyway cause it would just be too much stress to try to return it... The seat is breaking in and starting to feel soft though...I don't think I will take a chance on purchasing anymore upholstered furniture online...

I am enjoying the chairs. the only two items I should have validated was the color and height. I was thinking this was more a navy type blue and it is a teal blue and I was hoping the chairs were a bit taller. they are a bit lower to the ground that I would have wanted.

The chair is beautiful. It looks nicely in the livingroom. The material, however, on the back of the chair needs to be tighter so that it doesn't wrinkle. Great value though for the price.

I love the overall look of the chair. The color was a surprise. It ended up being a yellow/gold color, but it has worked out OK in my bedroom. The seat and the back are very firm, but using cushions, it is a good sitting chair. Appears to be made well.

Knew the back would be stiff from other reviews. Great look and solid chair, just lacks a little in comfort. A throw pillow makes it much more cozy
