Our umbrella is outside all year long in Florida. After about 9 months the shedding became unbearable. Called Great Offer Stock who sent me to the mfr/supplier - Galtec. They asked me to send them an email and they replaced the "topper" under warranty without a problem. They were great. We love the way it looks!

I shopped online for 3 days and finally decided on this umbrella. I ordered 2 of them to cover both of our outdoor tables. Wow, I love them, they look awesome & seem very sturdy for our windy days in the Keys. I haven't had them long enough to tell you how well they hold up. We have always wanted a tiki hut & this is an excellent substitute for a lot less money. It gave our outdoors a nice tropical look. My husband was very impressed with them as well. He actually suggested I order a couple more!

the umbrella looks good but I have it two months and it is shedding. Please advise. Can I send it back

This umbrella easily covers our hex table and 6 chairs and every person is out of the sun. It's very well made and heavy. Within a day of us setting it up we had a storm cell pop up and I had no time to put it down. For a half hour we had wind gusts up to 70 and 80 mph and pounding rain. I was sure that my brand new umbrella would be ruined. But no damage whatsoever. Very happy with this purchase.

Great quality for the money. Have received many, many compliments on this umbrella. Very sturdy, easy to put up and down, gives lots of coverage and adds a fun island feel to my pool area. Very happy with this purchase!

I was looking for a thatched or grass 11 foot umbrella so it can put next to my lily pond They are all very expensive, some in the thousands of dollars. This one is synthetic and made out of polyester but it look very real. The pole is real wood. The pole is 1.75 inches and I need a base can fit into it. They recommend tropishade premium 45 lbs bronze base and it fit very well. It was made in China and is 100% polyester but very well made. It looks fantastic. I am not sure how long it will last in the California sun,. When I ordered this there were no reviews so I took a chance. I am glad I did. It will suit me just fine for a fraction of the cost.
