Not as it appears I was so disappointed. The screws in the hinges were pulled out of the frame, the material was dirty and the size of this appears to be like a child's piece of furniture.

Minor Defect Everything external was okay but one of the hinges is totally loose (i.e screws were not in place), so I had to do minor DIY. It is lower set than I would have liked it to be but I guess that was my shortcoming since I based it on the picture and not the dimensions.

Versatile and practicle--and beautiful! I absolutely got more than I thought in this beautiful Storage Bench! It looks very Chic and is very comfortable. I actually laid out across it and propped my head on the arm and was even comfortable! I bought it for bedroom bench but it looked really nice with 2 throw pillows on a wall in the living room also! The storage space is handy, it isnt really deep enough if you want to store a lot of blankets in it, but it is fine for what I wanted. I LOVE it!
