This was my first time purchasing online. I received the lamps today, it took one week. I was able to track my order up until the time of delivery. the package was in tack and there was no damage. The lamps are beautiful. I love them. They look great in my living room. The base is darker than whats picture but it looks fine. also, it was slightly smaller than what I anticipated but it works. I really love the lamps. The online pic is a true reflection
