This slipcover easily tucks in to adjust to chairs of various sizes. It's easy to open and figure out what goes where. I bought it because I have five cats, and they have not managed to tear it or pull it, which is what was happening to the chair below it! The fabric is of medium quality and the only bad thing is that it seems to hold animal hair; it can be difficult to remove but does come off. The overall quality is fine; it does not look 'tacky' and fits in with expensive furniture.
I was looking for slipcovers for 2 used armchairs I had purchased, but any physical stores were charging $50 and up for slipcovers (and the chairs only cost me $70 total!). I figured I would check Great Offer Stock, and was extremely surprised. As a first-time buyer, I was elated when I received these slipcovers 2 days after ordering them. These would have gotten 5 stars if they had fit my chairs, which is not Overstock's fault. The measurements given for the chairs they fit are correct; the chairs I purchased are apparently smaller than the average armchair, in which case these covers are a little too big--nothing I can't fix with some pins and sewing though!
As with most all of SureFits products, they are always quality. I bought this chair cover for a small chair I keep in my bedroom. Have a cat and tired of using a towel to cover the cushion. The slipcover is nice, delicate design which is what I wanted. I am sure it will wash up just fine. Definitely recommend this product. Oh, One thing, the photo shows a kind of "flap" in the front, there is no such flap. Bow ties on all four corners which is cute.
I have never ordered slipcovers and have never been a fan of them. But my friend re-decorated and offered me her loveseat and chair for free. They were quite well loved but hey...they were free!! She told me that she had tried to donate them but no one would take them since there was a tear in the fabric although she thought with slipcovers they would be quite nice. Once she mentioned that idea I thought of my new house and how I still hadn't decorated the large landing on the second floor. I had recently bought a 6x9 area rug from Great Offer Stock for my living room and had moved the much larger area rug to the landing knowing it would look great there plus the 6x9 rug was great to showcase the gorgeous wood floors for spring and summer in my living room. (I love both rugs, thanks O!!) But I had still not decorated the landing and it looked empty so I took my friend up on her well loved furniture. I decided to look into slipcovers and was a bit taken back by the price, even on O. But then I found these and the price was right!!! I really wanted the blue ones but they were out of stock so I bought the champagne. I love that name which sounds so much nicer than cream, lol. So now here comes the review of the slipcovers....First of all the price to slipcover a loveseat and chair was only $XX! How great is that? So for the money I spent I love these slipcovers. The design is pretty, color is same as on website and I like the pattern. One of the reviews said it was like upholstery material and I disagree. It isn't that heavy but it is a nice weight and soft. As for how they look on....well I think they are designed for a larger style chair and loveseat (mine are on the smaller size) so there was a lot of excess material. At first I thought that was going to be an issue but I just tucked it all in and except for a little section on the arms it looks fine. One person listed they spent 1.5 hours adjusting the slipcovers but seriously...unless you are anal these both went on in about 20 minutes. If you are fussy and a perfectionist I doubt you should be buying slipcovers because you can't get them to look like the website but they still look nice. We don't plan to sit on these much so I can't comment on how much adjusting they might need. I do know that for the money I am thrilled! They have a few wrinkles that I didn't bother to iron out and I'm still pleased. I think all I need to do is get some pretty pillows and I'll be all set.
I've had this chair slipcover for a few years now, and it's holding up beautifully. We don't sit in this chair very often, so this is probably the reason that I don't have to be constantly re-adjusting the slipcover. It actually stays put very well. I don't love the pattern, but it a good quality fabric that has held up very well. I would recommend this to others that need a t-cushion slipcover.
I bought this chair cover to match the one for the sofa. They look great together, and the chair cover fit just as well as the sofa cover. It fits great and only needs slight readjustments after a few times sitting in the chair. I love the pattern and the bows are cute and also allow for easy adjustment to fit your chair!
I WAS PLEASED WITH SLIPCOVERS FOR CHAIR AND COUCH. THE MATERIAL IS NICE AND DOES NOT SNAG. THE PIECES WERE EASY TO FIT, GENEROUS IN SIZE, LOTS OF FABRIC TO WORK WITH, THE TIES ARE ATTRACTIVE. AS WITH ANY FURNITURE SLIPCOVERS, THEY HAVE TO BE SMOOTHED OUT AND TUCKED IN AFTER SOMEONE HAS BEEN SITTING ON THEM, BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY NEW FURNITURE, THEN THESE ARE A NICE ALTERNATIVE, I GOT THE CHAMPAGNE , PUT A COUPLE OF LARGE GOLD CUSHIONS ON THE COUCH, MADE MY FAMILY ROOM AREA COZIER. HAPPY WITH PURCHASE..
Nice slipcover that fits fairly well. I use small diameter pvc piping cut to fit into the back and sides of cushion to hold the slipcover in place for when the cats sleep on the chair. It does however still pull out of place somewhat when I sit in the chair and has to be smoothed when you rise from the seat. The scroll print is nice and the fabric is dense enough to cover the chair underneath.
We purchased 2 of these chair slipcovers to match our champagne scroll sofa slipcover. They match perfectly, have even shading, and are a nice, heavy-weight cover for our chairs. The only problem we have is that they are HUGE. They're designed more for an overstuffed/large recliner size chair than the average rockers that we have. There was no way we could use them on the t-cushions or the arms as there was just TOO MUCH material hanging everywhere. My husband said, "They look like they lost a lot of weight quickly and have a bunch of flabby skin left." We put them on backwards and tied them up in the back, so they're working out okay (but look nothing like the tight, nice picture above). If you have larger chairs to cover, these are a great bet. For smaller chairs, maybe try the wing-back size.
This cover is very versitile for many size chairs although it's would fit larger chairs best, I was able to tuck in the right places to make this cover look very elegant on my chair. Padded or scroll arms work best, but was able to adjust it on my club chair. Fabric is of nice quality.
The fabric is good quality and washable; the slipcover has elastic at cushion to help it look more fitted; the slipcover is pretty large so the fit on the larger chair is pretty good but lots of fabric to have to tuck on the smaller chair. Overall, they work for what we need them for and look pretty good.
This is an attractive slipcover. It was a little big for the chair I originally meant it for, but it fits one of my other arm chairs well. It can be hard to figure out how to put it on if you're unfamiliar with slipcovers.
I looked all over for a t-cushion cover that would fit out oversized, black chair. This works perfect! Covers it easily and you can't see the dark color through it.
I was very pleased with the slipcover. Very easy to order online and deliver is fast. The product fits my chair great and love the color.
The fit factor is the only thing that prevents me from giving this product an "excellent." It does take quite a bit of effort (pushing and pulling) to get the cover on straight. Unlike other Shurefit products, this cover did not come with instructions or helpful directional tags, and I think the lack of those two items added to the time it took to get the cover on. Once I did get it on and secured into place I was pleased with the look, which I term elegant shabby chic. Elegant because the fabric and pattern are lovely, shabby, because there is a certain amount of wrinkly, worn in look with tie on slipcovers, and chic because it does look very chic indeed. If you are a person who does not like the somewhat rumpled appearance of tie on slipcovers, this product may not be for you. If you are handy with a needle, you can tailor this product for a better fit.
This slipcover looks great and fits my chair well. it washes well and comes out of the dryer with no wrinkles. I love this product!
I purchased the slipcovers for two chairs exactly as shown in the photo. I did not realize, however, that the slipcovers are made to fit a couch, loveseat or chair. There is much too much material for a single chair. In order to make it fit properly, a great deal of tucking and adjusting is required as there is too much fabric. Once put together, though, it looks very nice. As with all slipcovers, once someone sits on it and then stands up, it has to be retucked. The fabric is attractive, not thin or flimsy. I would have been happier with it if there was less fabric and if it was more countoured to fit a chair so that I could have achieved a tighter fit.
I bought this for an old chair that had seen better days but was still comfortable. The color of my chair didn't match the room I was putting it in so I thought I would try a slipcover. It stays in place fairly well. The fabric is a good quality and the brown color is so pretty.
I have perked up two chairs with this cover. The color & pattern is very attractive. I like the ties on the sides to create a more fitted appearance. It has laundered well too. Definitely recommend to others. Makes life (and spills) easy to fix!
The slipcover was exactly as described, but did not fit the chair I have.
