This pad came true to size and works well for non-slip. My only complaint would be the thickness, I wish the pads were a little thicker for comfort.

I put a wool/cotton Turkish rug on this pad for the entry way which is a wood floor. It stays put and you can wipe your feet without any shifting. It's worth the money. It can be trimmed to any size.

We've bought quite a few of these pads for our many area rugs. We've been very happy with them but for a tendency to move a bit. I can't say why they only move a tiny bit, but that's all. They do not slide . I think as I sit on the couch, the edge of the carpet is right under my feet, so I am actually pushing the carpet every time I get up. I don't know for sure. I do know that we've been quite happy with the wear, the thickness, and the modest cushiness they add to the rugs.
