I think it is going to be great - I hope - but it does take college courses in physics or geometry to figure out where to anchor the corners. I bought the shade to keep the afternoon sun off our deck and am looking forward to having a drink underneath it soon, but my husband and I spent three hours this afternoon attempting to put it up, but as neither one of us is a structural engineer, we built a post off the deck rail for the third anchor and when we tightened the tension bolts anchored to the house, we broke the post. I think we have it figured out now, so hopefully a few more hours next weekend and we will have shade. It is a nice looking piece, well made, durable, the color (tan) and style will look great with our contemporary designed home, but do not buy this sail if you do not have someone to help you install it.
