You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. Missing Center Pole
Ordered this a while back as a gift, and when I went to set it up found I was missing the "center pole". This is the bar that connects the legs and is essential to having a working hammock. Called Great Offer Stock and was told this company deals with these issues on their own and that I would need to contact them. Very helpful representative with Great Offer Stock. Now I'm waiting for business hours so I can call Serenity Health and hopefully get this resolved. Will update based on their response! Update: I got a very quick response from the seller, letting me know the missing piece would be shipped Monday morning. It just arrived (Wednesday) and took me a total of 3 minutes to put my hammock together! Great service, and so far a good hammock!

I bought Sunnydaze Rope Hammock with the stand and pillow for my backyard, it was easy to set up. I like that the hammock has a pillow and removable pad that I can change if needed, quality material so it should last long. This is my first hammock of this kind and I am happy with the way I feel in it. I would recommend this hammock to others

I love everything about this Hammock! Super fast delivery, super easy to assemble (I did it by myself)...only toughest part was trying to attach the hammock to the stand. Had to have my husband help me. This hammock will not disappoint, so if anyone is thinking about it, it is WELL worth it!!!!

This hammock disappointed in every way. The ropes were frayed in several spots, one edge of the cushion was open, the cover was 8 to 10 inches too wide and had insufficient ties on each side so it would not stay in place and the hammock would not sit evenly but listed to one side no matter what we tried.

Great hammock and stand combo for the price. Very easy set up, extremely comfortable and good looking. Pad absorbs water if left in the rain and doesn't dry quickly, but that's on me for leaving it out. Very happy with this purchase.
