Knight Stafford Bonded Leather lift top Arrived fully assembled in great condition and in a timely manner. I am very happy with this item, works well, appears to be as quality made as anything is now .......height is great for eating or working...lift top glides smoothly and effortlessly up and down. Not sure what the adjustable part refers to as it has to be fully up to lock in place....maybe it is just another way to describe lift top. I am pleased and would recomend this to anyone who likes the looks and function......been using it for a couple months now and zero problems.......wish everything went this smooth and was exactly like the pictures and description stated. Caught it on sale for 270 free shipping........for the price you will not find anything close to this.

great idea, poor craftsmanship This ottoman is a great idea and the leather area is done well but the top is a smooth finish wood. The first one we received had a very obvious half dollar size flaw in the top. They were awesome about exchanging but the second one came with swipe marks in the finish and a small wood chip that must have gotten in the finish coat. Since it was rather large to exchange easily we decided to keep it for what we needed and someday will refinish it on our own. I am surprised they didn't have any quality check before they were wrapped up as both of these tops were very obviously flawed.

Nice Table is a little small length wise but still works in front of a full size couch. The leather on top is a nice touch but if you want to use it to eat off of place mats are a must so the leather does not get damaged. Good storage space.

The "leather" isn't even real leather. It's synthetic but still looks nice. The center of the top is some kind of hard laminate surface. Think old school desk protector.

No, the table does not come equipped with wheels however, you can get some "lockable" low profile casters (wheels) at **** etc., and install them in place of the supplied legs for easy mobility and, the wheels lock for stability.

When extended up on the four metal legs, the "table top" will NOT support the weight of an adult and will, in fact, collapse if weight placed on the extended table top exceed 50 pounds and, damage to the extendable metal legs could occur! In the normal position (table top down) the table will support a considerable amount of weight which may include an adult size individual.
