Contents of four separate boxes sent in one box after being lost. As a result several were chipped. When I called customer service, the representative said that some cutting would be involved in the installation and those could be used. Not very helpful.

Better than any big box store. It's like quality tile from boutique tile shops @ a fraction of the price. Brought some more to tile another bathroom.
