Shippers refused to move the box inside the door, which is fine (liability reasons they said), but when I opened the box, there were no legs for the sofa! I was about to return it when I called Great Offer Stock Customer services, and we were able to locate the legs in a tiny hidden zipper under the sofa. Kudos to Great Offer Stock for talking me through it. I'm pleased because it's really a sturdy and beautiful, dove grey leather sofa, and only didn't give it 5 stars because of the delivery people. They arrived early, putting me in a pickle to get back to the house, wouldn't move the giant box under the threshold, and were pressuring me to sign off on their half-job.
