Exactly what i was looking for, very satisfied with this mattress (absolutely worth the value).

It's a great mattress. It expanded to its true size immediately after unpacking it. The only con is that the even though I purchased a medium-firm mattress, it is more firm than I expected.

I needed to replace my full-size coil mattress but could not afford the same type. I opted for the firm as I have many orthopedic issues. Delivery was awesome and days early. Unwrapping the mattress is definitely a spectacle! It took some time to get used to the mattress. I can't say that sleeping on it has made my pain any better, or worse for that matter. This is a good firm mattress and it is very comfortable, I can't imagine being comfortable on a softer mattress. It did have a very strong odor for about a week, maybe more. I must say that the cover is lovely though. I am not certain how long it will retain its firmness and shape, but it will certainly do for the time being.

we absolutely love them! We got the medium firmness, just great- locally we priced similar product 4x as much as this- quick , free delivery, probably one of the best bargains we ever got on line- we have three now- 2 queens and a full...the oldest is about 3 years- we spin it around every six months- its still like new!

I loved that it was shipped and so easy to remove out of the packaging. I live alone and don't have access to a truck. I'm very happy that it came right to me. It was really heavy to move around once out of the packaging, but I made do :) I get the most amazing sleep. Best Mattress Ever !

After a week of sleeping on this bed, I wish i could return it, my back is still hurting.I think it is a good mattress but just not for me, I ordered the firm mattress, and it was firm....the only thing i can say is buyer beware....THERE ARE NO RETURNS

I bought this in february of 2016. I was moving and needed my first new mattress. I read the reviews and ordered this. I am a plus size woman so I specifically ordered the 14 inch to provide the most comfort. I believe I ordered medium firm. The mattress opened up easily and aired out quickly(I let it say probably 30hrs)- I never had an issue with odor even right out of the package. It was an adjustment from a regular mattress. I used to toss and turn all night. I just thought it was the way I was since I'm a fidget a lot anyway. The first couple nights were rough getting used to the memory foam. But about a week in a noticed I was waking up early and feeling more rested. I was sleeping less because I was actually getting good solid sleep. Now- if I'm away from my bed I miss it. I don't sleep well on a traditional mattress anymore. I love that this memory foam does not retain heat. Even in the middle of the summer I never found myself hot like on a traditional memory foam. It does not provide much support if trying to sit on the edge of the bed, but that is to be expected- never met a memory foam that did. I have it in an IKEA frame with wood slats and it works well. I did notice that the spot I sleep in was getting a little extra soft and squishy about two months ago. So today, I rotated the mattress to hopefully help even out the wear. That could be mattress quality, it could be becaus I'm plus size and literally sleep in the exact same spot every night. Be warned this mattress is heavy and isn't easily manueverable by oneself. That's not a flaw by any means, just something to be aware of depending on your situation. I didn't give 5 stars because I wish the cover that was zipped on was easier to remove and wash- or to spot clean mattress as description suggests. And I wish there was some way to have added handles or something to make it easier to manipulate. I tried to answer all the questions I had when reading reviews. I definitely reccomend this and would buy it again in a heart beat!

With all my medical issues I took a chance and ordered the soft. Now keep in mind, four months ago I had ordered a memory foam from "CASPER" and that mattress was horrible, big mistake. With my new mattress, the first night and every night I feel I'm sleeping on a cloud and wake up with no pain. I'm extremely happy with my new mattress. I will never order another firm mattress.

Got this item on sale for my daughter as a gift. She loved it. She said it was very comfortable.

The quality of the mattress is fine. However, I ordered a soft, but the mattress is uncomfortably firm--I get pressure points, and sleeping on my side is not an option. There was no warehouse error; the tag says "soft". Note that the mattress cannot be returned once it has been opened.

This is the second one I ordered. The other was a full size. Very comfortable. You need 2 people to move and unwrap this mattress. It takes a little time to expand to full size.

I normally like a firm mattress, but I ordered the medium level of firmness based off of the reviews I read because they warned that this mattress is HELLA firm. It is, but not in an uncomfortable way. Your back and neck are so thoroughly supported that I think THAT's what really makes it feel firm--the body just isn't used to being supported so well. Don't think that this mattress is stiff! It isn't. It's thick and luxurious and has almost no bounce because of the memory foam--and the no bounce is strangely appealing. It lets your body just sink into ultimate physical rest. Related: I have had chronic back and neck issues for years. I used to go to the chiropractor three times a week, every week, for physical therapy. If I would have bought this mattress two years ago, I could have avoided the doctor--after sleeping on this for literally a single week, pains I've had for YEARS have almost completely resolved themselves. My quality of sleep and my daily life have improved so much. Bottom line: this mattress could cost three times the money and STILL be worth it. I highly recommend getting it. Soft, supple, high quality, AMAZING.

LOVE IT. Absolutely the best mattress I have ever slept on.

Just got the mattress and have only slept on it twice. I purchased the soft and I actually thought it would be softer, but still is very comfortable. Recommend to anyone. The soft is not too soft, but has a good support. Slept very well. Queen size sheets fit well over this mattress size
