Thoroughly disappointed in product When I received this product it was packaged well but the leg (leg/side is one piece) was cracked in more than one spot, some painted over. So whomever chose that leg at manufacturer didn't care that was poor quality piece of wood from beginning.it didn't happen in shipping. Also the slatted shelf underneath, 2 of the slatts were not properly attached (stapled) and came off just taking out of box. I called Great Offer Stock, their customer service person kind, apologetic and offered to have parts replaced and shipped. I received the new parts in about a week. I put cart together and drawers would not fit on one side. After measuring the openings from side to side, the new leg's holes and skis for drawer are 1/4 inch shorter then rest of product. So the new leg/side was not made correctly again. So frustrating. I called Great Offer Stock again. Customer service was again very kind and apologetic. They are sending me totally new cart, however, I have to now take apart old cart in whole or in part depending if the new leg fits or if I have to build a whole new cart. Either was this chaotic situation started in Aug. It's September 25th and I still will need to get this new cart shipped to me, make sure it's not broken, that it fits together correctly and once that happens I have to disassemble this one, pack it up and have it shipped back to Great Offer Stock or they will charge me for the second cart. There is no offer of giving any funds for all the trouble, only if I take it apart and ship it back for a full refund. I'm not sure I will order anything again from Great Offer Stock that needs assembled... Not worth all my time and effort. I could of driven to San Antonio from Corpus and purchased one where I could "see it" assembled. This has truly been a nightmare that I didn't need after coming back from being evacuated from. Hurricane Harvey. Most companies weren't shipping our area afterward but I thought Great Offer Stock had a good reputation for quality merchandise. I found out otherwise. However their customer service specialists are very kind on the phone.
