Simple Living Black 3-piece Country Cottage Dining Set

This is the perfect table for a small space. The leaf goes up and down very easily, and the chairs are comfortable.

This table and chair set is fabulous. I love the drop leaf option, and it fits very well at my kitchen window location. The chairs were a bit difficult to get together, however when we finally did, they were very comfortable.

This is a great little set for my husband and I for breakfast or lunch. Does not take much space and perfect for kitchen window area.

Paint chips easily- other than that it is ok for the price

It's just me and I felt lonely sitting at my big dinner table. This is great. Plenty of room for me and if I do have a guess for coffee or lunch, I just put up the side. Not too hard to put together. I did have trouble getting the seats on the chairs though.

Assembly instructions were terrible. Chairs are flimsy; ended up just throwing one of the chairs away in a dumpster. I do not trust the folding leaflet at all, that part is going to be placed next to the wall, never to be used. Did I mention that the instructions were terrible? I've owned this product for about 6 weeks so far, at least it hasn't collapsed yet.

Bought this for my sons first apartment at college. Perfect fit for a smaller area. The drop leaf worked perfectly. Highly recommend this set.

Worked as extra counter with option for seating in small kitchen

This set is sturdy wood and it is just right for our space. Only problem was rails weren't drilled completely through to screw into legs of one chair. Notified them and in process of getting new ones.
