Read All Reviews for Shinco YPN-12H Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Option

Purchased this unit to heat and cool a small guest cabin. Unit is incredibly loud and does not heat OR cool effectively. Operating error messages continually turn the unit off and leave my guests with NO heat. Water tank seems to need continual emptying. Either this instruction manual is terribly written and lacks basic information that I should know about operation OR the unit does NOT operate as intended. Spend the extra money and install a mini split from a professional HVAC company.

Works perfectly. I do wish the manual gave more detail of the operating functions though.
