Takes abuse I've owned this for about a year. it has held up really well despite daily abuse from a toddler. I used to use a special cleaner for the top but now use whatever I happen to have on hand (windex, microfiber, plain water, etc) and it hasn't seem to effect the finish at all.

Product Review/5 Star CUSTOMER SERVICE The product itself is decent. I like that the lid is on hydraulics and won't close quickly. The inside tray is convenient and has decent storage inside. I don't generally write reviews, but I feel that since I needed to use the customer service twice for this product, that they're service deserved a review. I contacted O immediately after my shipment because the inside tray was a bit damaged, and because it was an expensive piece, I felt the tray should be undamaged. Their online instant messaging service was amazing and was quite helpful. I was immediately sent a new tray free of any charges and told that I could do what I like with the damaged tray (because it was only slightly damaged, I kept it). Second, when putting it together, I realized I didn't have the plastic washers it was supposed to come with, so I never attached the legs. Months have gone by and I kept forgetting to contact the customer service department. When I talked to a rep of theirs regarding this dilemma, 5 months after shipment, they checked the warehouse and emailed me everyday for three days to let me know that they were working on getting the parts. I then received a confirmation email stating that the pieces were on their way to me, no charge at all. It is very rare to get such great customer service, and for that reason, Great Offer Stock will remain in my list of go-to shopping websites.

Great item well worth the money!,Love the grommet detail that surrounds the bottom of the ottoman. The color is fabulous, not brown or black this is a very very dark brown which in different lighting looks black. the storage space is so large just love this ottoman!

Surprising quality We ordered two of these and just love them. They arrived on time. The picture makes them appear to have more brown tones than they do.The color is much closer to black than brown but that works well for us, so we don't mind. We love the printed interior and sliding trays. One of our trays arrived damaged. Customer service is shipping us a new one.

I got up to look at them cause I never noticed them...they are a darker browish color. Definitely not that noticeable! But they do look nice on the ottoman. This has been a very nice addition to our living room. It is sturdy and the storage compartment is so so so very large! The only problem I have is that I have cats and I put a blanket over it cause I don't want them scratching it!! It was definitely worth the cost to me!

"I received this very handsome piece of furniture in just 2 days and I really love it. The only thing that caught my eye was the warning label at the bottom of the ottoman. There was a clause, "WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer." I have been trying to google this and it seems like this label is practically everywhere. Is there any more information on this? What in it is the cause and can any harm be avoided by not eating off it? This is in the main recreational room. I have a toddler in the house so would like to know."
