Quality Chairs Chairs require assembly--directions are clear and all parts tools are provided. Assembled, the chairs look very classy and feel comfortable. Must warn NOT to over tighten screws! Doing so wood will cause the wood to split.

Poor construction... Though this is a beautiful chair and priced really well, the construction leaves much to be desired. I received this chair and the legs were not even; chair wobbled terribly. One leg was shorter by 1/2 inch. Called to have it replaced (customer service was excellent), however the replacement has the same issue...wobbly, uneven legs.

Nice chair, scratches easily I bought this chair several months ago for a guest room. The chair back cushion has some kind of mottled looking stain but since I put a decorative pillow over it, I kept it. I do find the wood scratches easily, even with light use. But for the purpose I need it for, it works ok.

Nice accent piece Assembly had only one glitch – nowhere in the instructions did it say at what point to attach the cushion to the chair frame, and by following instructions I missed what I realized later would've been the best step in the process to screw it into place. Suggest that you screw cushion on as first or second step.
