Love this bed I love firm beds, and this one is really firm. Not like sleeping on the floor, as some people said, just like sleeping on a firm bed. White glove delivery service kinda sucked, they only deliver to my town once a month rather than right when they have something to deliver, they don't wear covers on their shoes like I read, and they didn't unwrap the bed or dispose of the packaging. I guess I didn't read anything official on what they were supposed to do, just the reviews from other people and it was nothing like that.

When they say firm, they aren't kidding... I love a firm mattress, but this one was so firm I had to put a memory foam mattress pad on it, then it was perfect! I have degenerative arthritis in my neck and this mattress' extra firm support seems to be helping it.
