My neurologist recommended this type of mattress. I was used to very firm, but love this one. I have felt so great since sleeping on it. The foot does not adjust, but I knew that when I bought it. Enjoy!

I was a little skeptical at first to buy online. I read the reviews a number of times and just could not believe the mattress and foundation were so cheap. I've heard about, and experienced a number of times, the reality that when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I had just purchased a brand new cool gel mattress less than a year ago where I experienced the "you get what you pay for" scenario. Please believe me when I say, THIS PURCHASE IS/WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE TIMES!!! I sleep better on this mattress than any I've had. As for the foundation...It is perfect! No motor noise, it works BETTER than advertised. I am not one to ever write a review, not ever, but this purchase deserves my true evaluation so that others won't toil over "do I? or do I not?" I have had this combo for a few months now and, unless something goes wrong, I cannot find one thing wrong. I will re-evaluate in a few months if necessary, but for now, it has proven a blessing. I would buy another one, and probably will, for my guest bedroom.

Soft bed that has great support.

Very impressed. A bed that raises up to do work, drink tea and watch TV and mattress for a few hundred dollars. Unbelievable. The mattress is so far excellent and the kids love their new playground!

I have enjoyed my new bed for the past 2 months now, but I wished I knew that you needed to purchase the legs or a frame before the bed arrived. The bed is relaxing, so comfortable, plush and I just love it! I sleep through the night, enjoy reading and watching TV in bed! If you have pets be careful there are wires under the bed. I would recommend this bed!

Originally I was concerned 😳 about the memory gel & not sure 🤔 if I really needed an adjustable head, but I'm really glad 😁 I splurged on myself.

My husband is very happy with his new bed. Very quiet Adjustable, remote controled foundation! We purchased a bed frame that was 14 Inches from the floor and that was too high for this Mattress and foundation set... Needed to get a low profile bed frame and it is perfect in height for him.

I still haven't gotten the mattress after numerous mixed messages from Customer Service. Two weeks after ordering was told it was not available, then it was available, not available, box spring on back order. Was so fed up & angry I asked to speak with supervisors on two different occasions & they did not follow up with me. Huge customer service fail.

Not too soft or too firm. Love the adjustable function. Helps w/my acid reflux. Still need the pills...but much better than pillows, which never worked. Good purchase

Soft mattress, very comfortable.

Have had this bed for about a week and a half. Very comfortable to sleep on and hope to have many years of good sleep on this mattress. Wait for delivery was longer than would have liked. But it was worth the wait.

The mattress felt good at first a little soft but after 6 months with two people in bed now. Me 180#s and her 110#s the back support is gone and we sink to the middle of the bed. Wish they had a warranty or return policy on it.

I questioned this purchase because reviews were all over the place, to hard, to soft. This mattress is very supportive and comfortable. Do not regret buying on line at all.

The functionality is fine, just very lumpy when you raise the platform. Its just okay.

This is the most comfortable bed! We love ease of use. It is very, very hit. The mattress stays in place and so do the sheets and blankets thanks to the corner rails. The delivery was very quick and the bed was very easy to put together! I couldn't be happier with this product!

Great Serta pillow top mattress as expected. As for the frame, didn't realize the frame is made mostly of press board and pine 1x2 sticks stapled together. It was delivered and setup as promised with the "White Glove Delivery" offered free with Great Offer Stock. The mattress came in a plastic wrap so I was concerned with shipment from Great Offer Stock warehouse to a Dallas delivery service and then to Fort Worth, South where we live. Mattress looked fine once in the house. As for the foundation frame: it came in a card board box as a unit. They unwrapped it outside and carried into the house. Laid it in the bed frame but first had to connect the remote and this is when I saw damage at the base of the foundation. I took many pictures after they left. I figured I could make a better repair then the staples they use to build these things. I screwed and glued the pieces of 1x2 and press board back into place using clamps. Then I recovered the area at the base with my stapler on the fabric covering. You'd figure with shipping these that they would come in a better boxed package. Luckily I can repair wood products but you might want to pay close attention to the foundation frame as they unwrap it. I chose not to reject the delivery because of the fact they would have to take back the whole unit, not just the foundation. And I easily fixed it myself. I could have complained, but already waited 2 weeks for it to arrive even after it left Great Offer Stock to Dallas. It sat in Dallas for 2 weeks...who knows why. Anyhow, just pay close attention when they deliver it. It's all wood framed, not a lick of metal except for the actual motor and hinges to lift the head end. Otherwise, works for my neck pains and heart burn at night. Easy remote with cable. Up and Down buttons. Also a button that you press and let go so that the head end goes back to flat...which I use in the morning and make the bed. Also realize if you have small dogs that when the back is lifted, underneath is covered cloth, no wooden support. They could fall through if allowed to walk up and behind it. Enjoy!

first bed bought untried it is soft but supportive and the adjustable base really helps with gerd and allergies it only took a day or 2 to get used to sleeping with it inclined ( keep hips at bend level not below) we sleep so much better now white glove delivery was great Update base broke in first year its crap pressboard and groans every time anyone lies on it the delivery ppl don't think new one will last either Serta third party it to revere took two months on broke bed w back pain for them to figure out how to honor the warrenty which they decided first day it fell under but since ordered from Great Offer Stock was huge mess to get it replaced I paid twice what the non adjustable base price for crap base

Absolutely love this Goldie Locks approved mattress. Not too soft, not too firm, it's just right. The foundation adjusts to full upright sitting position for watching TV, slight incline for better sleep when suffering from acid reflux or head cold, completely flat and everything in between. One reviewer stated that it came with headboard. Mine did not. I received only the adjustable foundation and mattress.Together the height is about what a mattress and box spring placed directly on the floor would be. Because I am quite short, this is fine for me but if you are taller you may want to purchase screw in legs (there are threads on the bottom of the foundation) or a bed frame to place both on which would then allow you to add a headboard. All that said, I am very pleased with this purchase
