I thought I was ordering plush. This is a very good mattress set for price, but as you get older you get pressure points...this specific set needs an extra pad added if you buy it.

Really hoped after much research that this would be a good choice, but am disappointed with the quality. First, there were 12 to 18 inch threads hanging from each stitching pattern on the surface. Why? A pillow top quilted surface will only bunch up without continuous stitching to hold everything in place and it is bunching up already. I ignored the reviews talking about dips and ditches forming where we lay and to my detriment they have already formed. Looks like you have slept on it for many years instead of a couple of months! Unfortunately, my advice is keep looking for something better.

This mattress was very expensive so we expected it to be top notch. One side of the mattress sags. We have tried turning the mattress. We have tried turning the box springs. We have tried moving the bed and it STILL sags on one side. I was very disappointed with the quality of this mattress.

love love love...everything they say it is, & very soft & contours to your body but best part is the individual coils so your partner doesn't feel you move

I've had this bed for about a month now, and while I love how comfortable it is, it is so hot. My partner and I frequently wake up drenched in sweat when the room is plenty cool enough and I've decided it must be the memory foam layer on top of the mattress. I even bought a $50 "cooling" mattress pad to go on top of it with no relief so I suppose we'll just suffer through it until winter. Overall I don't think I would buy this mattress again unless I could find an option without the memory foam layer.

This bed was delivered two days ago and I absolutely love it. It very high quality and just the right firmness with the pillow top. Delivery and set up was within two weeks. I am delighted.

This mattress is very hard, don't listen to the other reviews. This mattress is not worth the price and need to be cheaper , maybe 150.00.

This bed is absolutely perfect! It's not hard but yet not too soft where you sink in. I have been sleeping phenomenal on this mattress set! I have NOT had an issue with body temperature, from the pillow-top. Everything about my bed if perfect! The only problem I had was due to the delivery service (they had my address wrong which was the delivery services fault because it was listed as the correct address, they just needed an excuse and kept messing up on scheduling so it was delivered 2 weeks after the original scheduled delivery date).

Seem odd to buy a mattress online, but we bought another one from Great Offer Stock a few years ago. It turned out so well, when we decided to upgrade to a king sized bed, we decided to do it again. The reviews on this mattress were great, but you still feel like you're taking a chance when buying something like this online. We've had the mattress for about a month and it is fabulous. As one other reviewer said, "just the right balance of firm and soft."

Didn't remember seeing this was a memory form mattress. Thought pillow top would not be. But it is comfortable. Being a memory foam mattress I get hot at night.

Lovely mattress. Firm enough for two people over 200pds to sleep good. Only have had for two months, very good so far. Someone else mentioned that it arrived with a lot of loose threads. Ours did too, but I just cut them off. We use a good mattress pad, so threads will not be an issue Should be using a good mattress pad anyway. We got a king size and for the money this a very good deal. It is hard to shop for mattresses as NO two stores carry the identical one. All claims are the same. Firm, restful, etc. Hopefully this one will last at least five years. A mattress is one of those things in life you CANNOT skimp on.

Ok, so buying a mattress online is a very risky move but this mattress is amazing! excellent price, comes with the box springs included and it is very comfy. Has a little of a memory foam feel but it is still a little bouncy (if that makes sense?). Not too firm but not too soft either. I am very happy with this purchase.
