Love this mattress. Very comfortable.

Honestly I took far too long to purchase this mattress. I ready over 100 4+ star reviews, but the handful of negative reviews kept me at bay. I was nervous that something that cost so little could not provide such high quality, especially considering the thousands of dollars that I have spent on mattresses over the years. Needless to say, I am very pleased. I am 6'4" and 200lbs and the mattress is wonderful.

We absolutely love the bed. It's helped our sleeping patterns get back to normal and I always feel rested.

Great price, comfortable and easy to set up.

Arrived within 5 days of purchase. Mattress weighs 85 lbs. Expanded after opening. No odor. Slept on it after 24 hours. Wanted Firm/Medium and this mattress initially is a little more firm than medium. It is not soft and has maintained its desired firmness on a platform bed with slats.

Too warm.. but so comfy so it don't mind the warmth. But let's see how it is during summer

First off, there was no indication this mattress is actually made by "Serta." It is firm but surprisingly comfortable. However, now that it is winter (my apartment heated to 66* consistently), it is nearly as hard as a rock. Luckily I appreciate a firm mattress, but did not expect this. Use caution when buying.

Sleeps better than a temperdic. It also stays cool. Every guest who has stayed on it loves it.

We were a little worried when we ordered this, as we're in a basement apartment and due to health issues, can't manuever/lift heavy or bulky things. When it first arrived, we were dubious and surprised -- it was a four-foot box, easy enough to slide down the stairs and into the bedroom. We opened it, saw the mattress crammed inside, and we were going "Uhmmm...this doesn't look like what we ordered." Then we cut open the plastic and let the air in, and to our amazement, the whole thing unfolded and unpacked itself to a queen-size, high quality mattress that's easily the equal of a tempur-pedic my sister bought at 3x the price. Easy to move & maneuver, comfortable, and shipped right to our door. Highly recommended -- last night was the first night in years that my husband didn't keep me awake with his tossing and turning.

I received the Serta 12" memory foam mattress and the quality and USA made item exceeded my expectations. For comfort snd firmness, it is equal par to a tempurpedic at a fraction of the price. Packaging was compressed as advertised but in less than a day, the shape was established.

Has hump in middle like always. So tired of buying mattress that do that. This was a no turn so unlike others that were at least we could flip it.

Great mattress. Back and neck feel a lot better after sleeping on it. Definitely recommend. Cheap too.

I bought this bed as an anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law, who lived in a studio apartment, where the bed was often the best place to land, and happily so, according to them. I spent the night with my daughter when her husband was out of town, and I fully understood. I did not want to get out of that bed.

We've ordered this mattress before for our master bedroom and we ordered it again for our guest bedroom. It's really comfortable, but also firm. We were skeptical to order a mattress online, but this is a solid choice.
