This is a great mattress and I got it at a good price. I waited a bit longer for delivery but it was so worth it. The white glove delivery was awesome and they took away my old mattress.

One of the best mattresses I've ever slept on, would recommend this to everyone.

Great Mattress very comfortable

We love this bed. With our old bed we were constantly waking up at night tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable but now we sleep through the night. Definitely a good buy!

Arrived much sooner than expected (yay me!). Much firmer than I'm used to - probably because my old mattress was about 10 years old. I've had it for over a month and I'm now use to the feel. Sleeping like a baby!

I absolutely love this mattress!

Purchased based on reviews stating it was plush. It is not. It appears to be a lower quality extra firm mattress and I'm disappointed. I ordered a memory foam topper which will hopefully help or I will be returning.

Very plush and comfortable

It doesn't sleep as comfortable as I imagined. It looks more comfortable then it is.

I can't believe how well I slept last night this mattress is very comfortable. I should have bought a new mattress years ago after sleeping so well last night.

I initially bought a $1800 mattress at a local mattress company because I was worried to buy online without even trying it. After sleeping on it for two months it just was not working for me. I thought, "Why am I spending so much on a mattress?" I did more research and found this one with great reviews. It has been great. I like beds that are right in the middle, not too soft and not too firm. This was just right and it was $1,000 cheaper. They even brought it upstairs to my bedroom when it was delivered.

Love having a king mattress, its hard to order things like this online because you can't test them. I did assume the pillow top would be a little more plush but overall it's comfortable. Great for the price for sure. This is the second serta mattress I've ordered from Great Offer Stock and I recommend it pretty often.

Firm, but plush. My husband and I had a serta perfect sleeper with a pillow top in a full size and we loved it since it was firm but comfortable. I was hesitant to order a bed online because as former athletes with back issues, we need a firm bed, but still want it to be plush. This bed is perfect and it is just what we were looking for. Delivery was great as well. They call to set up an appt to deliver, and they set it up for you.

My husband and I hate this mattress. Since sleeping on it we wake up everyday with either a head ache or back ache:( if I could send it back I totally would

Very comfortable, great purchase

I thought this would fit its name, not so. No comfort here. As soon as possible I will be getting a new mattress

I purchased the mattress for a family member. One of the reasons I purchased this expensive mattress was for the "white glove delivery" service so my family member wouldn't be inconvenienced. The mattress itself is great but the white glove service, which includes delivery, set-up and take away of old mattress and wrappings was not worth it. I had told the family member staying home for the delivery to "not worry about anything as the delivery people will take care of everything." Mattress was delivered but they left it in the hallway blocking the entrance to the bedroom, didn't unwrap it, put it on the frame or remove the old mattress. I wasn't informed until after the delivery people had left and immediately called the white glove service company who was helpful but it seems they contract out the delivery, etc. They couldn't get in touch with the delivery company and because the new mattress was blocking the room that someone needed to sleep in, my family had to unwrap it, set it up and remove the old mattress. The old king mattress still needed to be disposed of. It took me and the white glove parent company two business days to hear back from the delivery company. They finally came over a week after the original delivery date to remove the old mattress. Given all of that, I wish I had purchased a different mattress that was equally as nice but didn't have an inflated price due to the white glove delivery.

This is the most incredible bed and I got it at the most incredible price! So very happy with it and my husband and I are sleeping beautifully! ORDER IT!

Love this mattress. We had a very expensive memory foam mattress that was getting quite old and worried we would not adjust to a change. We sleep like babies on this mattress and a nice price. Delivery took a while longer than expected but we live in a remote area.
