This Serta gel memory foam mattress features three layers of foam that are designed to relieve pressure points and distribute body weight evenly, so you sleep more soundly. The king-size mattress has 2 inches of gel memory foam to keep you cool, the middle layer is air channel foam, and the base layer is support foam to add stability to the bed. Fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer with this medium-firm rated mattress.

Memory Foam Tips:
- Arrives tightly packed in portable box for customer convenience.
- Remove from packaging within 72 hours to maximize expansion.
- You can sleep on it the same night it is unwrapped, however allow 48 hours to fully return to its original shape.
- Vacuum sealing sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, air for a few hours to eliminate trapped odors.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.
Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of similar products may produce different firmness results

Just received mattress. Hopeful but skeptical A month ago I moved into an apartment with my girlfriend. We had been short on funds and temporarily used a borrowed, surprisingly decent, Serta air mattress for a few weeks. We did not purchase this mattress based on the name Serta but did not feel there should be too much concern with the well-known, brand name, product. -Delivery Time/Packaging [+1 review point] After ordering this mattress on Jan 15th, it was received 3 days later on the 16th. Delivery time was excellent considering the 3 to 6 day window for our free delivery. The mattress arrives in a long rectangular box that weighs 87 pounds according to UPS. *As I have read from others, it will be to your benefit if the delivered box is inside of the bedroom before unpacking. -Product and Performance [+1 review point(s)] This is where I struggle to award any review points. After removing the plastic casing around the mattress, it unfolded very quickly to its original form and matches the dimensions advertised on Great Offer Stock.com. The pamphlet which provides unpacking instructions and product care information was the first negative experience for me (See photo included.) Sleep Innovations is the actual brand of mattress that was received. After some research, it was discovered that this company DOES produce some products for Serta but do not expect a Serta Brand product. Serta seems to be the 'model' name of the mattress, nowhere on the mattress is there a trademarked Serta logo. {This would be the first star missing in my rating} Regarding performance, the mattress seems to be comfortable and for the time being will provide better sleep than an air mattress... (This review will be updated after more testing.) -Customer Satisfaction and Experience [+1 review point(s)] I have always been a little skeptical of online purchases or any kind of purchase that doesn't allow my own inspection of the product. This has not helped boost my trust in online retailers or making future purchases from them. {This is the second star missing from my review review} Overall experience offers my 3rd star for the review because bargain shopping is a tough road for anyone & in this time of need; My girlfriend and I will now have a better place to rest and recover for life's challenges.
