Nice product but... The product itself is nice but unfortunately for me, I had to go through the process of getting a replacement 2 times because when the product arrived, there were defects with it. The 3rd time when I received the product, I was rather a little dismayed since there were some small defects (which I think I can live with since it's under the bench). The black material under the bench is too fragile and will tear even with the slightest pressure. The manufacturer needs to ensure the proper quality control is put in place to ensure that this doesn't happen and not cause pain to the customers purchasing it. Overall the product is good but because of poor quality control and because I had to return it twice, I'm only giving it a 3 star.

This bench is beautiful! I absolutely love this bench. It's even more elegant than shown in the photo. It is sturdy and just the right size for a small space. I am using it as a coffee table/ ottoman/ window seat for our new downsized livingroom. It was delivered very promptly and was extremely well packaged. Assembly took about 5 minutes!
