Substantial and larger than it looks This is a quality and tasteful piece. I was surprised when it arrived, as it's much more solid than anticipated. It is VERY durable and substantial - NOT a decorative piece that will fall apart if used much. I expect this to last a long time.

Perfect for our dining room! This bench was easy to put together and is perfect with our Heywood Wakefield dining room set. The height is the same as the dining room chairs (18") and the seat itself is comfortable. We purchased the bench in burgundy and the photo online was representative of the actual color. My only concern would be if two guests who, combined, weigh more than 300 pounds sat on it. I feel like it's not quite sturdy enough to accommodate that weight. All in all, a great, comfortable bench at a nice price! Recommend.
