Love this rug. Color is beautiful (got red for my son's room) and it is very soft. I was concerned about quality buying online and reading some reviews but it's the best rug I've bought online.

Great quality for the price. Rug is soft to the touch with a good shag pile. Milan shag is softer than the California shag if comparing rugs. Very happy with my purchase.

Not GREY, but so cushy, thick and soft!!
I do love this rug that we literally just received, but I wouldnt dare call this a grey rug, but more taupy hues if not brown, or greige. The dog is black and white, the keyhole trellis rug is grey & whitish, the Milan rug is not grey, so why call it grey? Great rug though, but wish description matched the actual item. Funny thing, the photo on the website looked more brown to me, but the description said grey and reviewers also called it grey. UPDATE: 12/16/2017 Have noticed this rug is starting to get compressed in traffic areas even after being vacuumed and the twisted nylon is untwisting and not looking like it used to.

Ordered a second identical rug...
...I liked my initial purchase so much I ordered a second identical rug a few days later. Now I have 2 matching rugs in the open concept living room. That saved a lot of work/thought trying to find another rug that would complement the original rug. "Milan" is a medium to high shag rug, ours is in ivory. My feet sort of sink into this rug a bit, a very soft, comfy feeling. (You will need to fluff it up once you open up the roll if it's shipped to you.) Looks like I spent twice or three times the price. Very good quality. I do not find that it sheds, and we have very dark wood floors so I would see it if that is happening. However, I do use the vacuum hose verses the standard base with beater bar/bristles and that is a bit time consuming. I am currently looking for a different style vacuum for shag rugs. This contemporized and updated the look of our living room. I thought I was not the shag rug type, but I am very happy I gave this rug a try. The whole place looks a lot lighter and brighter. The service by Great Offer Stock, and delivery was perfect as well. Happy customer.

Just what I wanted
I was very careful to look at the reviews before buying a rug. I knew I wanted a comfy shag in grey. My space has a lot of warm greys. Make sure to look what people are saying about the undertones of these rugs. Some are blueish, some very cool and silvery etc. This one is a medium grey. When I initially unrolled it, it looked to have a decent amount of silver neutral grey tone to it, however, once I "fluffed" up the rug, I saw a lot more warm, taupe grey to it. Works perfect for my space. My baby loved crawling around on it and laying down. I almost took a nap on it with her! Very soft. Comfy but sophisticated.

We love the comfiness this round shag rug provides us when we sit in our rocking chair in our nook. It’s exactly what I was looking for to place in front of my chair. It vacuums up so nice. I highly recommend this!

No, BUT is is high quality construction, lush to walk on, high color concentration. Very happy with my purchase. Would buy it again or in a different size if needed. You can always put non-slip backing underneath it for high-traffic areas. Mine is under my desk chair.

It's pretty thick. May even be too thick for the Roomba to move. I have a pretty decent Shark and I go over the same spot a bunch to pull stuff up, so even if it will drive across, it's not really strong enough to pull stuff out.
