"What is the thickness of the rug ?"
After reading some of the reviews about this item I was a bit nervous about ordering it; but, I'm glad I did anyway. The rug arrived rolled, not folded. The ends even had these cute little "shower caps" on them to protect them during shipment. Colors were true to the photo. No, it doesn't compare to a high-end hand knotted rug and it doesn't pretend to. Good value for the money.

Folded rug delivery I love the value of the rug however it was shipped all folded up in tight plastic wrap. The creases are very noticeable and I am at a lost as how to smooth them out. I will try my steam machine. This should have been shipped rolled up.

Color off Rug was perfect until I saw discoloration on one end. Great Offer Stock would have let me return but so large I would never have been able to carry to shipping. They were kind enough to give me a credit toward future purchase.
