"What us the thickness of the rug?"
I bought this to go under our grand piano. I loved the formal look and colors but it was actually quite a bit shorter than the 7' stated so I moved it elsewhere and ordered the larger 8-footer. I would not call this thick but it looks great for the price and hasn't needed a pad under it on hardwood floors. It's not natural wool, of course, but it's non-shedding and that's a plus!

John The rug is great, it arrived as scheduled and is exactly as shown. The quality is great. I decided I would buy again, and I did! I purchased a square version of this same rug. Just as great except when they rolled it up for shipping it was not rolled properly and is badly creased. I'm hoping the crease will flatten out, but it's been several days and it's still creased.

Very Nice Rug I could not believe this Lyndhurst rug was being offered for the price. The weight of the rug is a medium/strong weight and will work perfect for any room.The colors are absolute as shown and looks so good on my kitchen's wood floor. The burgundy red against the black is very sophisticated looking. I did have to place some heavy items on the bottom edge of the rug after I unrolled it to help it lay down but within a couple of days it was perfect. Most rugs that are rolled up for a long period of time will have this issue so this was nothing I was concerned with. I have purchased several rugs from greatofferstock.com and I have never been disappointed. Such convenience to order on line and have it delivered so quickly to my front door.
