Inconsistant Quality
I first placed an order for two ottomans, and when they arrived, my husband and I absolutely loved them. We bought them to replace our coffee table in our studio, and we loved how multi-functunal they are - great storage, a place to prop up our feet, and a great tray for drinks/remotes. My husband and I liked having our feet up so much that we decided to order a third one, to keep permanently in the tray position for drinks/etc... . Imagine my disappointment when the third one arrived, and it's a totally different color! The third one is a light grey color rather than the dark bluish grey of the original two. And, to make matters worse, the tray is chipped in one corner! I am very disappointed, and unfortunately this item is not returnable, which I did not realize when first placing the order.

It's study enough for an adult to use as a seat. We are using it with the tray top as a side table for a casual chair. The color is neutral so we don't expect it to show dirt like a lighter gray color.

I was very satisfied with this purchase. The color is true to what the pictures show, and it is well-made and quite functional. My roommate and I each purchased one for our apartment and placed them together to make a coffee table of sorts - then, once we no longer lived together, we were able to each take our ottoman with us, so the modular nature of the piece is very convenient. I have had this ottoman for 4 years, and it is still a staple in my apartment. It is a little word and faded after several moves and much use, but it still looks great. Would recommend
