Nice rug, but it shed some

BeUTIFUL WELL MADE RUG BUT I would say it is seafoam green, not grey! True to size and very pretty. Thick pile.

It's been two years and this rug never stopped shedding like crazy (different size but want to warn others). Vacuumed not only the rug constantly but the kids clothes as well. I love the pattern but not worth the headache and time spent vacuuming (without the beater brush). Needless to say the rug is in storage. A couple of things I have learned (just from researching), if it sheds past 6 months will regular gentle vacuuming, then it is a quality issue (not normal wool shedding), and it can also have to do with the fibers being a “staple” fiber (shorter) rather than a “continuous filament” fiber. The shorter ones shed more. If you rug still has the manufacturer’s tag still attached, you can probably find out which it is…it will have initials such as CF, BCF, CFN it is continuous filament (the good kind). THIS IS THE BAD KIND. There is also no manufacturer's warranty on it so you have no recourse if the return period is past.

This is a stunning rug! It is thick and luxurious and the huge medallion in the center truly makes it a statement piece. My ONLY complaint is that the color (at least on MY computer) was not what I expected. This is a very light, smokey, blue-gray. My walls are a warm mushroom gray, and the undertones really clashed. I am returning it despite the ** return shipping cost. If you are looking for a cool, silvery, blue-gray, you will love this rug. Otherwise, keep looking!

I love this rug! The color was more blue-grey than grey, however, I love it so much! It was exactly what I wanted. I have bought this brand rug before so i knew what to expect from the quality, but it seems thicker and more luxurious than I could have anticipated.
