Beautiful I love this area rug and I'm so happy that I decided to buy it even though the size isn't perfect. Wonderful quality and very pretty on my dark hardwood floors! It's very soft on your feet and the shag isn't too high and really shows off the beautiful pattern through out. The only thing is that the dimensions are closer to 7ft 10.5 inches x 10ft. If you get the Durable Hard Surface & Carpet Rug Pad to go underneath it, then the rug is too short so you'll have to cut the padding to fit. Overall, it's an excellent rug and it really compliments my living room! I highly recommend this rug.

Just what we wanted We ordered this rug and although Great Offer Stock said it would take 5-10 business days, it came in 2! We are highly pleased with the product. It seems to be of high quality, made in Turkey. It includes instructions on cleaning and general care on a tag on the back of the rug. It is very soft on the bare feet and plush. It looks identical to what we saw on our computer screen, including the color. The cream is almost an oatmeal color and the brown swirls are like a cinnamon color. The carpet came quickly and was very well wrapped. My hasband and I were impressed with the plastic wrapping to start. The carpet is very lush, thick and laid nicely once it was opened for a few days. There was no chemical smell and it went nicely with the thicker pad underneath. It wouldn't be necessary to have the pad, but it made it that much thicker and cushiony for my living room that we're glad we also ordered that from Great Offer Stock.com. The colors were exactly the way they are pictured on the website. It goes well with my "green/grey" couch, and tan walls. It was the size that it said as well. Yes the rug is definitely cream and beige. I would say that since this rug is a neutral color it would go with just about any decor. My hardwood is a medium brown and my curtains are taupe and it goes extremely well in my living room. The rug is beautiful and very soft to walk on. I've had mine a few months now and I still love it. It's holding up great for the high traffic that goes through my living room everyday.

I don't want to add any confusion to previous answers but this is NOT the rug I would put against plaid!! This is a very neutral, pastel rug and would be a distasteful against a vibrant primary colored plaid. My home is a coastal cottage, a brand new house decorated in a lot of white. Well, I ordered the rug thinking I would have to put it in the guest bedroom, but NO! It looks fantastic. I have a red wall with the plaid curtains on each side of a white fireplace, and the rug is just stunning!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! However, I am now thinking I want this in my dining room as well because the area is open space, and the dining room is off the great room. I love this rug. My furniture is Sand/ivory colored and I have light blue paisley print curtains with this rug and it looks great. I actually have a very large room & I purchased two of these rugs. I put a round one under a table and chairs set & the 8x10 rug in the seating area. I think that rugs begin to look like carpets if they are too big. I put these in a tiled area but think they would look great on hardwood too. The tiles are nice & I like the fact that they don't simply get lost under a rug.

I personally think it would be tricky to move a chair around on the carpet - the pile is extremely high which is great for a bedroom or living room because it feels so nice on your feet and fluffy. But I feel like it would be annoying to push a chair back and forth in it. The chair wouldn't slide - you would have to pick the chair up and you would probably make dents in the carpet, over time, pushing it in and out from the table.
