So far yes . Been outside on my patio since April. It does lay under a round table with an umbrella but the edges are exposed at least 5 inches all around. I am very pleased with it.

I used the rugs on a sun filled terrace and they did not fade. I would remove them and move them indoors when I was not there. I am now using them indoors. , I love the quality and my cats adore them! You should be aware that blue is a color that fades more easily. the rugs are inexpensive and so what if they fade a bit. it adds cache.
