SIGNAL HILLS Naples Wingback Button Tufted Upholstered King-sized Bed

This bed is really nice, good quality ; Looks great in our bedroom , using it as platform bed for our king size mattress. I will say however, it is not all that easy to put together. Had we not had a friend, who is a handyman by trade, we would have been in trouble.:) Otherwise, no complaints.

Ordered the charcoal color and the quality appears to be good so far. Fabric color matched online pictures well. Fabric on headboard is not cheap looking and provides a great statement to my room.

This started as a very frustrating purchase for me. Somewhere between the warehouse and the oversize carrier, the 2 enormous boxes the bed comes in, were lost. I called and chatted with support for days, and never received the follow up that I was promised. Enter Brittney R. After 3 disappointing customer service experiences, she actually looked into my issue and called me back the next day. After talking to her for 3 days in a row, she determined the bed was definitely lost and sent out a new bed. The bed arrived quickly after that. I was able to unpackage it in my foyer and carry the pieces up the stairs myself. It was easy to assemble, and I had our king size bed, assembled and made up by the time my husband came home. Overall, i love the bed, and I highly recommend it. Just be aware that if you have an issue 3/4 customer service reps did nothing to help me, and if it wasn't for Brittney R, I might still be dealing with a lost bed.

Do the pieces look alright when they arrive? Yes. Is the price reasonable? Sure. Am I pretty sure an*** ? You're damn right. When the bed arrives, you get all fired up and the headboard looks sharp. There's no denying it. Then you cut into the boxes, which by default is what they want you to do b/c let's be honest the second you do this it's impossible to return (regardless of what they claim). Then come the instructions that may as well have been written in *** . Completely incomprehensible. Construction gets about half the way complete and then the suck sets in. None of the holes align. Not just that but the center structure tubes that hold the weight of 2 bodies do not even touch the floor. This whole bed is a complete joke. The travesty of this review is that one has to actually give a star for this product. It should be running in the negative but hey that's what they want you to think. There's no problem with throwing your books under the middle of the bed... No. Absolutely NO. There's a huge problem with that. Embarrassed and will never buy another product off OS again. Adios...

Hard to order sight unseen but this bed did not disappoint. I give it 4 stars because the headboard is a little flimsy - could use an extra support attachment of some kind. Otherwise a nice piece!

Easy to put together, beautiful color, very sturdy. The grey is a little darker than pictured, but it is lovely! I am quite happy with it!

I love this bed, and it was easy to assemble. The king bed frame is sturdy enough to hold my pillow top and 5 inch box springs.

Extremely high quality! The tufting is done exceptionally well! Very heavy and sturdy. Took awhile to put together, but well worth it!

good look for the price. not as sturdy at the connections as with other beds that cost more. it is a safe buy so don't run away from it--just know it is acceptable quality but much better than furniture you get from other places like discount shops, etc.

Just got done with the assembly of our new king size bed. Looks great in the bedroom gives definition just right. I enjoy it every night.

Love it -looks beautiful- perfect for an updated look I wanted in my bedroom. I used a box spring and mattress for height.

Delivery: Delivery was fast, 1 week to San Diego. Delivery staff were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. The Bed: The fabric is not Linen (which is, by definition, made of natural fibers). It is a nylon/plastic/poly mix of something that clearly melted where holes were drilled into fabric. The melted part is not visible and will prevent fraying, so that's fine with me. My main beef with this bed is that two of the pre-drilled holes on the left side of the headboard were off by 2 inches. I was making great time putting the thing together on my own until I realized I'd have to break out the electric tools. Good thing I'm handy with a drill and staple gun! I measured where the holes were on the right side and matched the locations on the left, secured the fabric around the new drill locations with staple gun and drilled away! Other than that hiccup, the bed was relatively painless to put together and I'd imagine it would've taken less than an hour if all the holes were in the right places. The dark grey color is acquired by using almost black threads (majority) and some white threads woven together. The look you get is 'dark grey' but none of the materials used to make this bed actually look grey. This is all the information I'd have liked to know before I purchased this bed. I'm keeping the bed because it would be a huge hassle and inconvenience to try to return it, then get another bed, wait for delivery and hope it comes with pre-drilled in the right places. pros: - it does look good once it's set up - it seems very sturdy for a bed at this price point - quick shipping - would've been easy to set up, if properly prepped cons: - assembly was more difficult than expected due to pre-drilled holes being misplaced - received extra bolts and washers... which makes me sorry for the person who is probably missing them in their delivery. - fabric is not made of natural fiber
