The dishes are beautiful. I was surprised how heavy they actually are. The colors are vibrant and a nice addition to my collection. They arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered a 10 - 5 piece setting it was even more beautiful than in the pictures my order was delivered on time every piece was perfect I am looking forward to enjoying these for many years to come I love everything about this setting look forward to adding the tea pot creamer and sugar dish for the holidays

Well, It is a little hard to give a complete review now because there are some issues with a plate and teacup sauce that hopefully will be resolved. I ordered 4 (5 piece) settings. Each 5 piece came in a separate box which was sturdy and therefore nothing was broken, which was good. But one dinner plate had a black spot on the white portion of plate which seemed to have been "fired" into it. One teacup sauce had a gold spot in the while area, again like it was fired into pattern. I had asked before purchasing these high end plates if they are "seconds" from Great Offer Stock and was assured they were not. But these two items are not acceptable as first quality high end items. Royal Doulton Lady Carlyle is a beautiful high end china pattern and should be perfect. So I called and Great Offer Stock immediately said they would replace items. I am waiting for them. IF they arrive in good order, I will be a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER, but one that had to spend some extra time and energy getting my beautiful dishes.
