Nice quality desk...assembly not that difficult.

I read all the reviews and thought I'd go for it! I received this desk and while unpacking it, I noticed all the black material for the legs, etc.. has pink color under it. It looked as if it was originally painted pink then they painted black over it. Super disappointed... They are sending me a new one. We shall see. However, at this point I would say don't waste your time!

My Son had been looking for a desk to fit a wall in his condo. This desk is perfect and while small exceeds what he was looking for. Side shelves provides much need storage.

Super quick and easy assembly. I used the box it ships to support the side shelves during the assembly process. I have an iMac desktop sitting on this desk in my open dining/living room space, which is not my main work space. The depth of this desk is a lot shorter than the desk I used to use when spending more time on this computer in my office. If you have a desktop computer that you'll be using for hours at a time, I would recommend a desk with more depth. Since I'm only using this one for 1-2 hours at a time, this desk works well for my needs.

Exactly what we expected, minimal desk for a small space without spending a fortune. Nice that the bottom bar is removable so you can position the shelves on the left or right. Sturdy and easy to set up!

Love this rustic looking wood topped desk made of real wood. One metal part had a dent in it and we were unable to assemble the pieces as a result. I notified Great Offer Stock and then sent us a new desk asap and a shipping label to return the other desk. All in all, a great choice.

This desk looks great and fits well in the space I needed it to. Assembly was easy and all tools/pieces were included. The shelves on the side hold my printer as well as a storage box for paper and such. Love it!

The worst thing about this desk is that it makes the rest of my bedroom furniture look cheap! I've been scouring the internet for a desk that fit all of my needs. I needed something small enough to fit into the room that I rent, but big enough to function as a worktable for the hand crafted items I make. I also needed something sturdy enough to hold up to the that work, which entails hammering on metal. And because it's in my bedroom and I have to look at it every day, I wanted something nice looking in the clean yet rustic style that I like. The shelves were an added bonus for me, and replaced the cheap wire drawer unit I was using with my last desk. Overall, this desk my needs perfectly and it's excellent quality for the price. Plus, shipping was fast (and free!). Highlights: -Easy to put together, and no power tools needed -Sturdy. Not that I recommend it, but I could stand on it without worrying about it breaking (I'm about 130lbs). -Real metal and wood. -Should be easy to move. Despite being sturdy, it's not absurdly heavy so moving it wont be hard. And if need be, it shouldn't be too hard to take apart and put back together. -You can put the shelves on either side Things to consider: -The desktop is textured, so if you're planning to write on it you'll need to put a mat down. -This is not a large desk. It's a WRITING desk, so it's really not meant to be a large work space. It makes a really great laptop desk, and is perfect for smaller spaces. -The open space underneath fits an average sized office chair. Those big monster chairs some people have may not fit. Also, if you're a bigger person, this desk may not be very comfortable for you. Tips for a small space: Pair this desk up with some nice open wall shelves above it and a wall mounted lamp to free up space on the desktop. If you need easy access to plug your electronics in, attach a power strip to the underside of the desk or a nearby wall with some easy to remove 3M adhesive strips.

Just the right size. Love the look of it. A little confusing putting together but still a good buy.
