So Far Good I have only had this item about a month but so far I like it. My floors are all tile which works the best with our underfloor heat so I am always steam cleaning one room or another. I've had several different brands of cleaners and they only last 1-2 years so it's yet to be seen how long his one will last. So far it cleans well and doesn't leave a puddle like some have. It's a little heavier to push than others but I don't find that a problem. Wish the cord was a little longer though.
